Stephanie Lewis is the manager of Parkway Square and has been so the entire time I have been president of the board at Parkway Square  (1.5 years). I find her pleasure to work with because she is always there when I need her and usually has an answer to my endless inquiries. Stephanie is very professional and knows the ins and outs of dealing with condo associations and there are a lot. She accepts calls from individual owners when they have a problem and gives her immediate attention to the problem. It is imperative that condo  owners have complete trust in their manager and management company. I feel very confident in her abilities and trust her completely. Meetings during covid 19 stopped but we have kept in touch by phone, email and zoom. I highly recommend Stephanie as a property manager.
